The villa is located on the opatia riviera, which is also known as the pearl of european tourism. It is 10 km from the center of opatija at the junction of istria and kvarner in moscenicka draga. Moscenicka draga is known for its clean beaches, the old town moscenice, the ucka national park, and the old fishing port. Villa locus-sanus is only twenty short steps away from the beautiful pebble beaches of istria and kvarner.
Villa locus-sanus is modernly designed, combining elegance, luxury and functionality. Within the exclusive villa, there are three spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the sea.
The villa also boasts a wellness center with a sun deck. The property has a private parking lot with 24/7 video surveillance. The grounds are maticulously landscaped with carefully selected species of trees, plants, and flowers. Our 5000m2 garden hosts century old olive, laurel, and palm trees.
You can spend your afternoons in the oasis of natural scents with a book, or enjoying the sounds of exotic birds. This is also the perfect space to have a relaxing glass of wine in the evenings with your partner.
Villa locus-sanus is designed as an adult couples-only get away. However, families with children have the option of booking the entire villa.
